HOT TOP is an online service where users vote on content (cards) and receive a personal taste profile (Taste DNA). By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Age

The service is intended for users 13 years and older. By signing up, you confirm that you are at least 13.

3. Account

You are responsible for the security of your account.
One user — one account.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations.

4. User-generated content (UGC)

By creating battles, you warrant that you hold rights to uploaded images.
Prohibited content: NSFW, violence, racism, bullying, content featuring minors.
We run 24/7 AI moderation and manual review on reports.
We may remove any content that violates the rules.

5. Fair play

Bots, scripts, and automated voting are prohibited.
Manipulating rankings (multi-accounts, vote rings) is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for damages arising from the use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you in-app of material changes. By continuing to use the service, you agree to the updated terms.
